I was responsible for the management and career development of the internal art department, 30+ team members. I was also responsible internal and external team art production, quality control and best practices .
This included updates to workflow, pipeline, tools and assets. The primary focus was maintaining quality while updating the 3D character and 2D art pipelines. Longterm updates were centric to solving legacy environment creation challenges.
