Led Prodigy’s Art, Animation, and UI/UX departments for a platform serving 100M+ students across 150+ countries. Work included visual design and UX evolution of the flagship product, Prodigy Math, Arcadia expansion, along with the concept-to-launch development of Prodigy Math Facts, a new gamified fluency product that shipped in March 2026, the same year Prodigy won Best Game for Learning at the EdTech Cool Tool Awards.
The HUD was redesigned to reduce visual clutter, improve scalability, and make key features more discoverable for players. This UI/UX update is expected to increase engagement with core gameplay and live ops features, along with improved player satisfaction and retention. The redesign also established a foundation for future improvements to navigation, live ops visibility, and modular UI experimentation.
- Time to access key features reduced from ~42s to ~5s
- 25% → 70% purchase success rate after Ul visibility improvement
Game Assets were updated from a pixel art style to a timeless, classic visual design that aligns with current market expectations and moves away from an art style that had become outdated and niche. This shift also simplified art production, improved technical consistency across internal and external resources, and made assets easier to scale across future content.
